In this role, I'm leading a frontline iOS app used by internal and external salespeople. Starting in October 2023, I've been keen on the fundamental PO tasks - roadmapping, prioritization, requirement gathering, understanding the user, and managing stakeholders. In 2023, We've delivered a native survey-taking experience, a positive annual NPS trend, and a 58% reduction in high-priority bugs. As I started my role, Generative AI became a publicly available tool and I immediately hopped in - using it professionally, taking trainings, etc. I took these learnings to the NAZ Tech leadership team and joined in on the Global initiative to build and rollout an enterprise GenAI solution.In addition to these responsibilities, I have continued to serve as Tech Trainee Program Champion.

In this role, I'm proud of improving on the BeerTech product Newsletters that I had previously kick-started as a trainee, expanding their audience to all of North American Technology and switching from a visually dull format (to be blunt) to a modern design. Additionally, I was given my first Product - AB Wholesaler Portal (ABWP) and started understanding what it takes to be a successful Product Owner. My primary deliverable was a concept of "Internal Permissions," an authorization structure that's used by over 1,200 MAU. During this time, I also volunteered for the Tech Trainee Program (TTP) Leadership team, where I was the Program Champion, responsible for the success of the current class. I worked with Social, Networking, Service, Excellence, and Onboarding chairs to make sure the trainees exited the program with gusto.

The Portfolio Lead is a key role that monitors portfolio performance and helps the sustainability of the DevOps teams. In this time, I learned about what good product KPIs are, how they should relate to targets, and the importance of having a healthy backlog.Separately, I contribute as a member of the Product Office Engagement team and the TTP (Tech Trainee Program) Leadership Panel. My current responsibilities in these groups are to organize team building events and plan + execute a hackathon for the newest class of trainees, respectively.

My time as a trainee will be spent rotating through 3, 10-week positions. Rotation 1: Tech Integrations - During my first rotation, I built an Integration playbook consisting of over 200 critical tasks that must take place during a Wholesaler Integration. I had to focus on change management to ensure a seamless Integration of several Wholesalers in California, USA. Secondly, I led the de-integration (sale) of a Wholesaler in Colorado.Rotation 2: Finance - I created a single source of truth for knowledge sharing, SOPs, FAQs, etc. to alleviate the troubleshooting the Finance team was engaged in.Rotation 3: Product Office - I iterated on the DevOps KPI Dashboard that monitors the health of the BeerTech Azure DevOps backlogs. This work included ETL and data management.

Intern in the Solutions Dept. working on the Integration team. My project was to create a sales reporting system for the pilot launch of Drinkworks, a joint venture between AB and Keurig. The system was used by personnel from both companies to monitor the controlled launch in St. Louis.

Intern on the PPM team, working with the Promotional Optimization department. My project was an analysis of different promotion formats (2 for $X, BOGO, etc.). I studied their effectiveness in small and large format retailers and made recommendations to leadership at the end of my internship.

Responsibilities include keeping the pool area safe and clean and overseeing the safety of patrons swimming. Communicating with guests and teaching swim lessons are also parts of the job. CPR certified.
