• Conduct laboratory experiments within an experimental program.• Produce customer samples at a laboratory and small scale pilot plant scale to set deadlines.• Carry out in process and final product analysis on development and customer samples.• Collate results and produce technical reports.• Have responsibility for equipment including regular calibrations, maintenance of stock levels, and troubleshooting.• Provide plant support for new or problematic products.
