Design and delivery of all systems, learning and development solutions in conjunction with the relevant subject matter experts and clients. Negotiated contracts with vendorsEnsure that Daily and Weekly Welding Reports, Weld/ Visual Acceptance Report, Weld summary are being prepared.Performs regular quality checks on all vendor supplies and stock.Responsible for daily reports in Excel of all QAQC operations carried out in the workshop to the management.Conducts Welding Procedure Qualification on Welders, and Welder’s Operator Performance Qualification, in Accordance with Applicable Codes and Standards like AWS D1.1, ASME IX, ASME 31.3/31.4 and API 1104, and in reference to Clients Technical Specification/ Requirements.Ensure NDT Request against Weld Maps are being prepared Supervise NDT contractors to ensure correct NDT procedure is being followed during NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING.Ensure QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) documents are being prepared.Compile records for as-built documentation.Ensure Welder’s Qualification Certificates in accordance with Approved WPS is being prepared.Conducts Quality surveillance, Verification, examination, witness and Inspection, ensuring that quality activities are being followed by concerned department.
