• Help drive all aspects of new product development company wide through big innovation projects.
• Successfully led 6 groups through an innovation workshop that I developed. The focus was to help anyone, regardless of position, how to approach solving their departments problems through creative thinking.
• Developed an optimized manufacturing process to redesign the Circa Bed Wrap and reduce its manufacturing cost by up to 40%.
• Designed a modular headboard that allowed the product to fit multiple sizes of beds and could be easily repositioned, using no tools. Granted design patent D908412S.
• Using excel VBA coding I improved the data entry process for window treatment measurements. This saved an estimated 50 – 70 hours of work per week across all affected areas of the entire process.

• Drove decorative product sales through successful execution of innovative product development by assisting with all aspects of new product development.
• Designed and invented the patented Circa Bed Wrap (US Patent 10321775B2), a product that transforms the look of traditional metal bed frames into a modern and elegant platform bed. Received an award from Good.
• Received a patent for a curtain sanitizer device (U.S. Patent 10493176B2) for an innovative new approach to cleaning one of the most problematic and complained abouts areas in patient rooms.
• Designed the PONSbed. A luxury bedframe that featured quick no tool assembly/disassembly, shippable packaging, and built in USB ports. Organized and led two focus groups to receive product feedback.
• Co-instructed a class through the University of Cincinnati to lead a group of 13 students through the concept and prototype development process. This ended with four groups creating presentations for a design.
• Developed a process for turning +25,000 yards of 2nds and scrap fabric of an existing product into an entirely new finished product.
