Jonathan Pedroza (he/him; JP) is a graduate of the Prevention Science program at the University of Oregon. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and his Master’s degree in Health Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills. JP's interests include examining environmental factors that contribute to inequities of access and engagement in health behaviors, disseminating data to various audiences through data visualizations, using inferential and predictive modeling techniques to address health behavior engagement questions, and promoting open science. While predominately trained in R, JP has experience using Python, Julia, and SQL for programming and database management. Outside of work, JP enjoys everything coffee, fishing, hiking, cycling, and playing with his cats.
