My passion for technology has been a propelling force in my life. As early as middle school, I had mentors who took the time to teach me all about audio and visual engineering, editing software, and computer technologies which rapidly propelled me into a career in television journalism. My desire to share people's stories to improve their lives and my strong technical skillset made that career a great fit for a young growing telecommunications enthusiast.Eventually, my love for innovation led me to a career in IT, intelligent automation, and content management solutions. As a solutions architect, I continued to hear my clients' "this isn't working" stories and found real-world solutions that improved their day-to-day lives. Through those experiences, I became their trusted advisor and earned their respect. As I moved into leadership, I started by building out and leading a national team of sales engineers. Our mission was to listen to our customer's challenges and design a solution to automate costly, repetitive, and mundane tasks.Today, I lead a team of Technical Account Managers. We know our customers' success, is our success. We understand that our customers want a proactive partnership. As such, we enable organizations to better their cybersecurity posture and give them the tools to proactively monitor and automate enforcement actions.
