Responsibilities included financial valuations, the financial due diligence processes, issue tracking and resolution, purchase agreement review, executive management presentations and all financial aspects of the closing and integration processes. • Determined financial variables by analyzing historical data, including trends on yields, returns, purchase prices, deal multiples and tenant growth. • Conducted weekly analysis of all potential land and tower acquisitions and provide results to executive management and the Board of Directors.
