𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐌𝐀𝐏 𝐑𝐌𝐃 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫Enabled the client to effectively communicate vital information and messages across Federal, state, local, and internal channels by managing the RMD SharePoint site for 10 regions across the U.S.𝐃𝐇𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐇𝐀Supported the DHS System Cybersecurity Team by providing valuable assistance in the creation of RFPs and RFQs through formatting, editing, and evaluating the legitimacy of information. The system’s applicant portal user accounts were managed by completing over 200+ Team Foundation Server tickets. Furthermore, daily system health checks were conducted for 8 months by monitoring for potential vulnerabilities or threats and recommending appropriate remedial actions if needed. Lastly, obfuscated terabytes worth of PROD PII data through an ETL Process on a weekly basis and reduced the obfuscation process from 60+ to 30+ hours.𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐩𝐃𝐅𝐖Responsible for developing detailed meeting minutes and action items for weekly meetings. Additionally, developed appealing workshop slide decks and Impact Report Wireframe. Lastly, conducted biweekly 1-hour workshops for the client.𝐆𝐎𝐒𝐈 Expedited the SharePoint site development for the GOSI Portal after its 3+ month delay along with developing Visio wireframes detailing the structure of the GOSI Portal.𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲Co-Hosted a 2-hour workshop at the El Centro campus for 15 attendees and presented a 30+ slide deck along with interactive activities.

•Conducted research at 8 different imaging centers and analyzed the procedures before, during, and after appointments to find any inefficiencies for patients or medical staff.•Analyzed operation systems in imaging and innovation centers via data collection and stakeholder engagement at Memorial Hermann, Texas Medical Center, and Mayo Clinic health systems.•Designed and presented 2 proposals in 10 weeks to improve human centered design at MH imaging centers and deliver an action plan for the development of an innovation center.
