Our vision was to turn a vacant 5-storey Grade II listed building into a major retail destination based on the outlet shopping concept. Phase I of the project became reality in September 2011 with the opening of a 30,000 sq.ft. ground floor retail store. Phase II consisting of an additional 15,000 sq. ft of retail space opened in 2013.Plans are now being finalised to open an additional 45,000 sq. ft of retail space on the first floor with work scheduled to be completed by 2020.
