(Company closing, mass lay-offs) My role was to order, receive, organize material for "next-day" installations in new construction. I managed employees and controlled the safety/operations for 3 active warehouses/departments. I ordered material and routed massive material deliveries to our main warehouse. Used heavy machinery to organize and load/unload material. Created a records program for administration as well as created a department to purge access unreturnable material and recover value.
