Analysed the current Royal Mail process to ensure best fit of weighing hardware. Performed validation and user testing of scale user interface.Updated Herbert Retail approach to deployment and fault finding and repair of preinstalled estate of 5000+ Scales and checkweighing equipment through Windows Preinstallation Environment and engineer deployable Scale software images. This also assisted with the role out of a new Scale Management Solution for Marks and Spencers.
