During my internship at Global Multimedia Jakarta, a leading multimedia rental company specializing in projectors, LED videotron, TVs, and other equipment for major events in Indonesia, I was involved in various business development and operational tasks to help enhance the company's visibility and efficiency.Key Contributions:- Social Media Specialist: Managed and created engaging content for the company's Instagram stories and helped launch a new website, globalmultimediajakarta.com, optimizing it for SEO to increase online visibility.- Google Ads Specialist: Enhanced ongoing Google Ads campaigns, increasing conversion rates and driving more leads and inquiries from potential clients.- Inventory System Overhaul: Designed and implemented a new inventory system using barcode integration to streamline tracking and management of over 10,000 rental items.- Business Problem Solving: Addressed and resolved issues related to incorrect contact information and other data inaccuracies on Google Maps by collaborating with Google support.- Financial Reporting and Product Analysis: Assisted the owner in analyzing financial reports and applying advanced Excel formulas to enhance reporting accuracy. Also played a key role in deciding the purchase of high-end computers for video mapping, and gained hands-on experience with video mapping software, Resolume, to demonstrate the product to potential clients.This internship allowed me to gain valuable experience in digital marketing, inventory management, financial analysis, and product development in the multimedia rental industry.
