I develop restructuring projects to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, in order to apply to the Italian Super Bonus 110%. Within my work I carry out the thermal insulation of external walls, slabs that give unheated spaces and roofs in general, in such a way as to achieve a notable leap in energy efficiency classes.The analysis was carried out with the help of the TERMOLOG software, applying the regulations in force in Italy, also obtaining the APE certification. Later, together with the work team, the plans, details and all the related tasks are carried out to conclude the executive project of the building or unit to be intervened.

I collaborate and participate in various private projects for third parties, taking care of calculations, analysis, regulations or CAD drawings required for the work. I generally give technical support to the project team and we work together.I participated in projects such as: architectural works; calculation of building installations; 3D surface analysis and modeling; low and medium voltage overhead line projects; 2D drawings and details.

I work as an energy engineer and designer of building installations, my task mainly consists of energy calculation and projection, with the subsequent calculation of storm drains, sewage drains; photovoltaic systems with batteries and connected to the network; mechanical ventilation systems; heating and cooling systems; electrical installations.Using market software, I model the different energy scenarios of the buildings to be intervened, in such a way as to find the best energy and economic intervention for the building, obtaining the best results.
