Main Responsibilities:• Portfolio management (incl. portfolio strategy)• Responsible to improve market position. Identify, create and maintain a competitive Upgrades portfolio/offering (portfolio management) that will improve customer equipment and/or components• Create and maintain competitive business models to expand business growth and improved profitability• Provide required sales support tools and material to enable simple and successful opportunity management for the sales areas• Support sales teams to match best custom engineered offering with customer needs/opportunities• Liaise between sales teams and business unit on any questions/queries related to portfolio offerings• Provide training and updates to sales teams to ensure full knowledge & understanding the offering• Keep record of sales trends• Business intelligence activities to enable a competitive Upgrades portfolio/offering• Liaise with account managers/sales team to develop specific sales strategies• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience• Match best offering with customer opportunity mapping (installed base opportunities)• Identify strategic business opportunities and support in the mapping of installed base opportunities• Keep up to date of competitor product development and product performance• Provide relevant sales and support training on the product range• Proactively drive safety as a business advantage • Key contact for the sales teams within different sales areas• Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
