1.- Project Manager to implement a SLC for Cisco in Guadalajara Mexico2.- Lead a project for the installation of an automotive production line for BRP, this line was part of a transference moving it from Valcourt to Queretaro Mexico.

Achievements:32 projects lead across the globe supporting the transference of operations from high cost locations to low cost locations (USA, EUROPE, ASIA; Also providing consulting to choose the best location to transfer the operation based in the process and language requirements.Lead projects, workshops and meetings in a 100% virtual environment working with customers and operations across the Globe in a multicultural environment.Support to the documentation and knowledge to transfer more 160 Headcounts to low cost locations, completing all the deliverables on time and exceeding the expectations of the customers.
