Once my apprenticeship was completed, I was offered a full time position at the company.

From July 2021 to January 2023 I worked at Eserve IT as an Infrastructure Technician to deliver support to clients, this includes everything from remotely helping them with any issues they experience with their computer, network, or other related IT issues to physical installations at a client site. I have also worked with a wide range of hardware, everything from a laptop disassembly, to a building of a virtual server using ESXi. Other aspects of day-to-day working life included the secure erasure of sensitive data and reconditioning IT equipment.

I took it upon myself to learn to repair Apple iPhones with the help of my father who has extensive knowledge in electronics, and through the use of other phone technicians. I am now at a point where I am very confident in repairing all iPhones 5 - 15 Pro Max, and can carry out repair work including screens, battery, camera, and lightning port replacements. I am also experienced in taking apart other branded phones including Samsung, Huawei, etc. I have people who trust me with their devices in order to deliver the highest quality repair with the highest quality replacement parts. I have now built up a portfolio of private clientele who trust me to keep their devices working. Since employment, this is conducted in my free time.

Since 2019 I have worked remotely with my brother, Chris Allen, to add updates and projects to his clients websites. I am regularly issued with updates to complete for his clients and have worked on a range of websites from different industries, including metal fabrication and outdoor furniture sales. This is conducted in my own time.
