I have had success throughout my military career to include F-15E Crew Chief, Aircraft section Non-Commissioned Officer in charge, Quality Assurance Inspector/supervisor, and PMP certified leader. I have over 14 years of experience leading over 1k people in different units while maintaining 100% accountability for over $5.4b million worth of aircraft and $82.1 million worth of equipment and supplies.My biggest accomplishment has been improving the effectiveness of a 92 person shop while going through a full supervision turnover. I was able to keep the shop's morale high and increase communication and effectiveness during a period of turmoil. The shop routinely exceeded expectations and set new all-time highs in production and lethality.
