Engineer with a deep knowledge process of manufacturing, AMEF,DMAIC,PDCA and tools for resolution of fails (5 whys, brainstorming, Ishikawa diagrams, Paretos).I have been worked in Goodyear for 3 years. I begun like a practitioner in MRO where the principals activities was generate reports from SAP with the stock, min and max of materials and purchase orders (dealing with suppliers) and support to production and maintenance about their spare parts.After like a TBM planner in this area I created the maintenance plan per month, improvements in the maintenance preventive, staff coordinator in maintenance preventive and corrective, I managed the budget per monthly (spare parts and purchase orders), management of suppliers, management of spare parts of the area.Now I'm reliability technical in Final Finish (I able to be back up planners for all consumer.), in this position I'm CDS leader (continues skills development ), I have been generated standar work instructions about the activities of the area, safety analysis, presentation of the activities in the machine (trainings) and documents for certification of the technicals I able to be back up planners for all consumer.
