Having been in the sports coaching industry for the past 8 years I am now spreading the knowledge I have learned from coaching athletes to a World Championship standard to a wider audience of athletes from all sports. Getting athletes to peak at the right time for optimum performance is vital in both amateur and professional sport so programming and delivering sessions for athletes that are specific to their sport, this is what I specialise in as well as injury rehabilitation sessions to help athletes recover from varying injuries. I have coached over 100 athletes to the Cheerleading World Championships since 2017, 4th being our best year! I have also competed on Team England, the national team, for two years - 2021 & 2022.
