At MooD, I was primarily tasked with creating, maintaining and expanding a test automation framework using Selenium Webdriver to test web-based Software as a Service. This enabled the testing of various releases to reduce in duration from 1 week to 1 day of manual testing. I was also tasked with creating a performance testing framework using various tools, including but not limited to Artillery (Node.js based tooling), Gatling (Java framework that uses Scala as it’s main programming language) and Visual Studio Web Tests (dotnet based testing framework). I also set up and monitored 2 CI/CD servers using different technologies, namely Jenkins and TeamCity, to run the builds and tests for the above-mentioned frameworks and for the builds and deployment (via Octopus) of the various packages created by the development teams.

At Nisa, I was part of a small but expanding test team working on various projects with a large end user base. This required a high level of attention to detail to ensure that the end product is simple and straightforward to use for multiple end users that are not as computer literate. I was involved with large projects during my time at Nisa, such as upgrading all databases to use Oracle 11G and testing of a new Till and Back Office system to be rolled out to all stores using the previous versions of the systems.Duties include:• Manual Testing of various systems (both web based and OS native applications)• Writing and maintaining test documentation, including End of Testing reports and Test Scripts• Liaising with Business Users to organize UAT testing• Creating and maintaining Automated Test Scripts using Multiple Test Tools, including Selenium and Sikuli• Performing Load Testing using HP Loadrunner software

Since May 2011 I have been working as part of the largest integration project in Europe, which merges in excess of 32 million HBoS Banking and Savings accounts into the Lloyds systems.Within the Post Live Warranty phase I am responsible for producing reports regarding all defects that have been assigned to the Post Live phase of Integration Release C. To enable me to do this I have created a number of complex spreadsheets that automatically retrieve data from various sources. I was selected by senior management to join the Post Live Warranty team following my work in the Audit team. Duties include:Producing reports for senior stakeholdersCreating and maintaining complex spreadsheets to retrieve information regarding defects within the Post Live Warranty phase from multiple sources, including, but not limited to, Excel Spreadsheets, Oracle Databases and HP Quality Centre 9.2Liaising with multiple business area managers to obtain report updatesAssisting managerial staff with resource planning

As part of the Audit, Risk and Compliance team I worked to ensure that all tests for Integration Release C were carried out to the correct specifications as defined in Quality Centre 9.2. I was also responsible for collecting and distributing all collateral for tests, such as debit cards and cheque books where required.
