I have specialist technical expertise in complex investigations & security and risk frameworks with a proven track record in complicated, sensitive and multi-faceted projects for government and corporate clients, internationally and nationally. For 25+ years I have built and led multi-disciplined teams and managed investigations, risk and security assignments, encompassing responsibility for HR, finance, safety, professional standards, intelligence, operations, administration and policy. I ensure sound outcomes, and seek continual improvement. Since retiring from my career in law enforcement as a Detective Superintendent, I have been engaged at executive levels across government and for some of Australia's largest corporations to undertake investigations and consultancies into serious workplace breaches, fraud & financial crime, corruption and crisis response. I have undertaken reviews and developed and implemented frameworks across conduct and ethics, fraud control, organisational risk, security risk and cultural issues. Collaborative in my approach, my leadership, technical expertise and strong ability to influence and negotiate, ensure progressive and sound strategies, plans and performance. I continually challenge the status quo to ensure optimum outcomes. I have strengths in building relationships and managing diverse stakeholders with competing interests.I often provide pro bono support to those who may be vulnerable and require support in understanding or obtaining services or advice in my areas of expertise, or donating and fundraising for reputable charities or individuals in need. After a long career in law enforcement I have a passion in supporting those suffering mental health challenges.
