Information technology professional with a bachelor’s degree focused on Information Technology from Grand Canyon University. I'm currently in the role of a Product Owner working with DocuSign. As the product owner I participate in a cross-functional team to develop, execute, and release in alignment with the program and/or product road maps. Previous Product Owner roles include a mobile application and virtual IT assistance. While working in Infrastructure Services I was the Project Manager for the design, site preparation and rollout of vending machines and lockers for non-contact IT hardware replacement.Prior to being a Product Owner I was a I.T. Technical Specialist. I created and developed a role that was integrated with our desk-side support teams to provide the business with a more engaged IT service. In this role I worked with many areas of I.T. to develop proactive processes to prevent larger issues. I created and documented Standard Operating Procedures for all desk-side teams to follow. I would engage on major incident calls to discuss impact and provide insight to the problems being reported and would troubleshoot user issues that were escalated through our service desk. Before transitioning to an IT field, I spent 13 years as Property and Casualty licensed agent. I was licensed in all 50 states and would provide inbound and outbound insurance sales and service.On my personal time I serve as a board member of Kitchen on the Street in Phoenix, AZ. We are actively working to end food insecurity providing meals for kids on the weekend and educating anyone that needs assistance.
