• Led a team of (10) Lean and Business Consultants that deployed the McKinsey business system to both Underwriting and Plan Sponsor Services business units• Responsible for the upskilling of Consultants and overall training for each leader within the business• Diagnosed business gaps and presented plan to bridge those gaps via the business system • In just a 6-month deployment helped Plan Sponsor Services identify $909k hard or soft savings via root cause problem solving
