  Jonathan has over 30 years of experience within the commercial property sectorSince joining Muse 16 years ago, Jonathan has been responsible for the successful delivery of complex large scale, mixed use urban regeneration schemes in partnership with landowners and local authorities. Jonathan has considerable design, planning, procurement and construction expertise and a track record in delivering sustainable developments that have been driven by social value and carbon reduction and the desire to create new places for people to live, work and thrive. Jonathan is involved in all aspects of the development process, taking projects from land assembly and planning, through enabling works, funding and construction. He has considerable experience in development agreements and long-term partnership structures.Selected Experience: -Wirral – a 50:50 JV partnership with Wirral Council to regenerate areas of the borough by jointly developing the council’s assets and sites at their disposal, including Birkenhead town centre, where planning consent was secured for a major mixed-use scheme of up to 1.3 million square feet of commercial, leisure and retail development, including 620 new homes.Time Square, Warrington – Development Manager for Warrington Borough Council on a £140m complex mixed use town centre development. Delivered through several phases, working around live businesses, third party owners and a conservation area, the scheme comprised a replacement market hall, new council offices, 13 screen multiplex cinema, family restaurants and retail units, 1,160 space MSCP, large public events square with town centre public realm and highway improvement works. Salford Central – major regeneration scheme covering 50 acres of Salford’s civic and historic centre at Chapel Street (A6), a new gateway to the city centre creating new residential quarters and New Bailey, an extension to Manchester’s Central Business District.
