Jonathan was project lead on a healthcare project for the Government of Jersey, working on the Our Hospital Project, a £550 million pound new build hospital for the people of Jersey. He joined the project at the start of RIBA stage 1 and managed the project through design stages 1 to 4 and tendered the works to the local market. Leads the delivery of high value hospitality, residential and infrastructure projects. Jonathan has recently completed an ultra luxury resort in Saudi Arabia for the Royal Commission. Previously worked with Dubai World Trade Centre, managing Dubai’s newest Exhibition Centre, part of the EXPO2020 master plan. Jonathan was the Senior Project Manager for the pre-construction phase of the project.
