As the Managing Director of A. Denya Holding, a family holding and investments company, I am passionate about exploring new investment opportunities and actively contributing to various companies. My enthusiasm for identifying and nurturing growth potential motivates my search for promising ventures.I am also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Grit Mind Partners, a private investment fund dedicated to acquiring, operating, and growing privately-owned businesses in Israel. Grit Mind has several portfolio companies, including Kappasense and our Family Services Group, which encompasses Newton, CityKids, and Haverim. These companies provide childcare, community programming, and psychological support to children and adolescents, reflecting our commitment to impactful and socially responsible investments.Before my current roles, I served as the VP of Marketing and Sales at Telefire, a leading manufacturer of fire detection and extinguishing systems. As a third-generation member of the family business, I spearheaded the marketing, sales, service & installation, and export departments. During my 12-year tenure at Telefire, I played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence and successfully led a major M&A transaction that resulted in the sale of majority stakes to Tene Capital, an Israeli PE fund. Today, I continue to contribute to Telefire’s success as a board member.I hold a Business Administration (B.A) and Law degree (LL.B), as well as a Global MBA, all from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC). I am a certified lawyer (2012) and mediator (2014), specializing in business and commercial law.Outside of my professional endeavors, I am dedicated to my family. I am married to Shani, and together we have two wonderful daughters, Alon and Niv.
