I created and executed a comprehensive marketing and communications strategic plan that aligns with and supports the business strategy. This effort was important to craft messaging that clearly articulates the value proposition and priorities and helped energize and engage target audiences. I also had to assess and select the appropriate communication channels and tactics for the audience and the message: Email, remarketing, digital campaigns, marketing collaterals, webcasts, podcasts, video and digital signage. These initiatives gave me the data to analyze our client engagement and measurable KPIs to ensure ROI was met.

I provided oversight and lead major projects that inform the growth and market strategies essential to KP's revenue, membership and margin goals. During my tenure I managed the Strategic Market Planning team to provide analytical/strategic planning of projects that enable teams to: 1) isolate business issues; 2) design and execute analytics for studying business issues and finding solutions to engage with the public and bolster KP’s positioning.

Developed and aligned annual PR & Communication plans with division-developed paid media plan for the hospital/market. I proactively interact with media representative to obtain placement of hospital-related news stories and supported development and implementation of the strategic PR and Communications plan to meet HCA needs and support primary hospital business goals. This included earned media, social media, web, e-news, email, video, internal communication, collateral, events and sponsorships. Measured ROI of all activities

Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances and other communication opportunities. I prepared an annual budget for community outreach activities. I proactively nurtured new and old relationships with collaborative partners. I provided accurate records and reports on the goals of the fundraising plan and assist in the organization of special events, including donor/volunteer appreciation events and other fundraising initiatives.
