Mr. Jonathan Badeaux was a Sr. Consultant, System Engineer, in the Avanade Infrastructure Service Line. The Infrastructure Service Line of Avanade is a focused group of Microsoft architects and system engineers delivering infrastructure solutions for the enterprise on the Microsoft platform. He has expertise in Windows Server, Office 365 and Exchange Online, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, ADDS, SCCM, KMS, DHCP, SMTP, DNS, change management, desktop transformations and technology upgrades.

Worked as a team lead in the Microsoft Store as a Technical Advisor. Consistently rebuilt customer relationships with outstanding customer service. On a daily basis performed extended diagnostics, Windows Upgrades, Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting, Virus and Malware removals, and hardware upgrades to Windows based systems. Worked to increase small business sales in the store by offering solutions to business owners and customers. Participated in business meetings and provided technical expertise in these conversations.Was selected to be Keyholder during the fall of 2012 to assist the store manager and assistant managers during business hours. Lead the sales floor on a daily basis and assisted in the growth and enrichment of team members.

Presented store customers Apple product and service solutions. Performed as a sales leader in the store location contributing to the success of the business. Was held to high performance standards in the Expert role.

Lead a highly trained and results oriented Home Theater sales team. The team consistently obtained exceptional customer service reviews. Participated in the Panasonic Sales contest in 2008 and drove the Home Theater sales team to first in the market in total sales and in 2007 obtained second place in the market. Assisted in grand opening two new store locations in 2008.
