• I have been guiding development operations and service-level enhancement initiatives spanning multiple facets of information systems, disaster recovery, network development, deployment programs, and platform.

• Architect an environment provision management framework used for automating the creation and configuration of development and test environments using a combination of tools including KVM, VMware, Cobbler, Puppet.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors in Kampala, Dakar, Mumbai, and Manila, and hired the best to come work on my team in Oakland.

• I spun this company (technology wise) out of the parent Merriman Capital in 2009, and continued to build it from headquarters to a global networked group of six offices.
• Implemented Windows 2008 infrastructure and expanded worldwide using open source iptables based networking products and WAN accelerators.
• Built the infrastructure for a new Development Office with ESX cluster and Windows 2008 R2 domain.
• Developed the 2nd generation Portal’s DMZ structure using my proven open source technology mix.

I was the utility man in the senior rank of IT. I redesigned the switch fabric and developed the layer 3 routing strategy for use in the San Francisco headquarters. I also developed our network for co-location systems. I worked to install collaboration systems for hundreds of developers use.
