Exceeded sales targets of 28M USD, FY2017 (target 25M USD), 60M USD, FY2018 (target 55M USD), whilst keeping sales cost flat. Delivered on a brand campaign strategy that established Cathay Pacific in the market and that led to confidence in the board to increase flights from 4 flights a week to daily operations within 12 months.

Led a project team to revamp the employee experience with particular focus on the onboarding process at Cathay Pacific. Delivered both a digital and offline product to effectively change the way the company manages new employees. The onboarding solution was used by over 500 new joiners to the company in its first year alone. The 'Brushwinger' site enabled 82% of new joiners to make 'a strong contribution to their team' within 3 months and achieved 96% positive brand engagement scores.
Doha, Qatar
Led the shutdown of the operation in Qatar due to business reasons. This involved arranging compensation packages for staff, winding down the financial and legal aspects of the business, and helping 90% of staff relocate and find other roles.
