Jonathan Bailey is a Credit Analyst - III at VeraBank. He was among a small team of CNB staff that crafted our bank's response to the first and the second Paycheck Protection Program. He and his co-worker, Josh Buckley, worked countless hours and weekends to ensure that each applicant's submission was received by SBA and approved in a timely manner for funding. This allowed our bank to be among the first in the nation to assist our customers with this financial lifeline in the early days of COVID-19. His department also undertook the painstaking process of qualifying and ultimately seeking forgiveness for all our PPP borrowers. Jonathan also compiled our large loan packages for committee presentation by providing analytical information as well as an expansive narrative for each deal. He successfully navigated multiple weekly submissions from our lending team as well as compiling many reports for Sr. Management. Always a team player, he was a critical asset to our Bank."
