• Developed a Graphql api using Netflix's DGS framework to replace a core Java Spring API. Reducing code base by 50%, improving testing coverage, and reducing latency.• Integrated content from Contentful CMS into a Java Spring API which served data to a JavaScript React front end powering the Homepage of Home Depot with millions of daily users. • Spearheaded incident response for more than 10 critical site health issues. Solving them quickly and minimizing downtime. • Engineered a solution for a bottleneck in a core Java Spring API reducing website latency by up to 3 seconds.• Built a Python micro service in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that clears the cache whenever content was published. Allowing instant customer facing changes. • Created an app with a Typescript front end and Python back end that would read a given page using Selenium and validate it. Once deployed to users they reported a reduction in workload by ~15 hours a week.
