Working as a Full Stack Software Developer / Integrator in Fraud space that is supporting the old Case and Alert Management System at the same time as implementing the new system from Nice Actimize. I am working to integrate the Actimize solution with USAA infrastructure to be able to pull data in real time from Message Queue into the solution using AIS to ingest events and update the UDM in real time as well as persist the activity into IDB. I'm also heavily involved within RCM Visual Modeler creating and enhancing alerts and workflows in addition to a UI work to display of alert details, DDQ/Darts, and Plugins. Finally I am still leveraging my ETL experience to facilitate the sending of automated letters from the legacy system as well as supporting the development of the reconciliation process to the new systems party and account repository (UDM).
