Green Stone is a strategy & design consultancy that modernizes and deepens the relationship between companies and customers by crafting experiences that deliver meaningful value.

I led the strategy group at MMB which includes account/brand management, research/intelligence, experience design and insights/planning. Our goal was to build an agency that helps brands grow by adapting to changes in media, culture and technology.

V&S was an experiment that anticipated many of the changes happening in the marketing industry today. We created innovative solutions (along with some notable failures!) such as talent outsourcing, open idea-generation and embracing project-based work, that are considered standard operating practice in many agencies today.My job was to make a business out of a roughly defined but disruptive idea — that an open approach to creativity could not only work but thrive. We won Best Places to Work, AdAge, 2014.
