I am a senior operations manager with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics and engineering at medical devices and pharmaceuticals companies. As a member of Alpha-Bio Tec management team, I partner with our customers, customer service, sales department, , distributors and dental professionals, in order to deliver quality products on time.I believe that the combination of developing highly efficient and motivated teams together with solid, state-of-the-art processes supports the manufacturing of quality products. It also enhances the ability to respond to special customer requirements (S&OP), delivering on time and providing good service. I make sure to use advanced statistical tools to predict sales while maintaining low inventory and high OTD performance. I also implement the GMP base lines and philosophy in the everyday workspace.
