I was responsible for the implementation of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets (RAFAC) radio and cyber policy within Thames Valley Wing (TVW). Primarily, I delivered and arranged training for both staff and cadets in line with the published RAFAC policies, including the generation of a Wing Radio Training Team. I also provided radio support to Wing activities, primarily the Fieldcraft training weekends, but also cadet sporting events and competitions. Other duties included advising Squadron's on equipment purchases, solving technical issues, answering radio operating & training questions and help with the correct sighting of antennas and equipment.

I work for the Medical Sciences Division (MSD), part of the University of Oxford, in the central Science Area supporting the health and safey needs of the local MSD Departments. This broad support runs from help with very specific novel laboratory risks to the more "everyday" risks faced by all stafff and researchers, such as Display Screen Equipment (DSE) use.
