Led a large site with different disciplines. Responsible for safety, compliance and delivery of targets.Joined the business after 9 years in an FMCG role. The business had recently had Environment Agency enforcement actions and required intervention. I led the site and Designed an Environmental Improvement Plan to restore confidence and trust in compliance with the site permit, whilst also achieving business operational requirements. Achieved ISO14001 with zero findings for the site.
