I'm a Chartered Engineer with the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (MCIWEM) and have over 35 years’ world class experience in infrastructure project preparation and implementation within the water and environment sectors in the UK and internationally.I am currently a Principal within Tetra Tech’s International Development Europe, Economic Growth and Infrastructure Practice.I have over 20 years of project management experience as Delivery Lead, Team Leader and Project Director, managing multi-disciplinary teams undertaking project preparation for International Finance Institution (IFIs) including Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO), European Investment Bank (EIB), World Bank (WB), DANIDA, KfW and European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). I have provided expert technical assistance and programme management with large multi-disciplinary project teams, enabling the successful execution of infrastructure projects through feasibility studies, outline and detailed design, supporting the tendering process and managing the construction process with the client team and design teams.
