As a fitness assistant my most important role was to provide excellent customer service. I answered any questions, comments, and concerns patrons may have. I was also accountable for contacting my supervisor about broken equipment, patron suggestions(or concerns), and anything else that may be a point of concern in the fitness area. Finally, I kept the fitness area tidy and allowed it to be a safe workout environment.

During this internship I worked exclusively in their marketing department.- Created over 150 client profiles to help the company better understand where their business was coming from, and what was working and what was not working. Through this project I improved my excel and research skills.- Performed over 100 competitor analyses, comparing cybersecurity companies in the Midwest and West regions of the United States to GreyCastle Security. I looked mainly at the services that their competitors offered and what industries they worked in. This will allow GreyCastle Security to see an overview of where competitors are and the service they offer in the event of expansion.- Refined my email and social media marketing skills by creating email and social campaigns for GreyCastle Security's annual Cybersecurity Symposium. These campaigns were focused around college students, who GreyCastle had never targeted for their Symposium. Through my efforts I was able to increase student attendance by 400%.

Pursuit Lending (formerly NYBDC) is a financial institution that focuses on small business loans for companies throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. - Drafted numerous amounts of content for websites, blogs, and social media that would be seen by potential partners.- Organized all marketing materials to make them readily available for all employees. I created a document containing a picture of each marketing material, what it contains, and where it can be found on the server.- Administered search engine optimization and content marketing strategies so different web pages could be found more easily. - Coordinated, executed and analyzed direct mail and email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp. I would constantly update the email lists with new contacts and partners.
