Serves as the primary Building Engineer leading maintenance and advanced repairs of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, steam distribution, cooling tower and chilled water equipment in multiple commercial facilities.Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs systems by identifying malfunctions and replacing parts and components. Reads diagrams, specifications, drawings, blueprints, and schematics.Installs compressors, evaporators, motors, and piping as well as mechanical/electrical controls; reads and interpret blueprints/diagrams.
