The JUVENILE DEFENSE PANEL is an association of independent contractors who are private attorneys. Our attorneys provide legal representation to minors, their parents, and to those designated to care for these minors. We handle all matters heard in the Juvenile Court, as well as, any matters heard in the Family Law and Adult courts as they relate to the juvenile matters.

Established an online retail business for the sale of air purification equipment. Attended trade shows in China to source private label air purifiers, and met with manufacturers to develop and produce such products. Created website for privately labeled air purifiers, Green Air, which were also sold on various other on line retailers including Ebay, Amazon, Sears, and Walmart. Trademarked our brand, Green Air, in 2016, and continue to provide customer sales and service for our air purifiers and filters.

Family owned business. Ordering product from overseas suppliers for a retail rug and carpeting showroom. Created website for company to generate online sales of area rugs, and prepared shipments for sales to both US and International locations. Attended trade shows both in Las Vegas and China for sourcing private label area rugs to be sold on-line and in showrooms in San Diego and Temecula, CA.

Prepared memoranda, briefs, and legal research for clients involving Intellectual property matters. Evaluating clients prospective success in their trademarks and patent applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Attended IEP and hearings at various school districts in Southern California representing the interests of students with Autism. Worked to obtain private tutoring and specialized counseling services for those with special needs in the area of Special Education law.
