Mr. Barton is an experienced senior environmental scientist and project manager for variety of projects including: renewable energy (solar, wind, and storage), electrical transmission, oil and gas (pipeline, well, and facility), transportation, and municipal development. Mr. Barton's primary expertise lies in Waters of the US delineation, threatened and endangered (T&E) species habitat assessment, stream and wetland condition assessment, stormwater and erosion control best management practices (BMP), construction and post-construction monitoring, Phase I site assessment, environmental impact assessment, and environmental permitting. Mr. Barton has worked extensively with federal, state, and municipal, agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC), the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and various other agencies in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nevada.
