Serves as a certified movement consultant to US Government medical scholars in route to their obligated duty stations – using an automated travel, relocation, and expense management web-based application. Evaluates and selects best value motor carriers for moving household goods. Interviews scholars to develop individual travel and relocation profiles.• Logistics Advisor (2009 – 2010) – Contracted by USIS in Falls Church, Virginia. Assisted DOS in developing strategic level capacity building initiatives in South Sudan, East Africa; provided Army level advice pertaining to multi-functional logistics policies. Developed program of instructions (POI) for the Army level logistics training school. Facilitated a senior level logistics acquisition training forum which included 28 senior officers and enlisted personnel. Assisted in the transfer of USG grant property to South Sudan.
