Administer Homebuyer Education programming in partnership with The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). Administer the Indiana Hardest Hit Fund and National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Programs throughout Southeast Indiana in conjunction with The Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA). Responsible for programmatic grant applications, data collection, reporting, monitoring quality control of services and compliance.

Provided one-on-one counseling services to at-risk homeowners by identifying client eligibility for mortgage assistance programs and serving as a liaison between the homeowner and mortgage servicer. Developed networks, relationships and partnerships with banks, lending institutions, community organizations, and industry related nonprofit organizations to advance Home Ownership Center services.

Successfully organized Eastern Hamilton County to defeat Senate Bill 5. Recruited and mobilized volunteers for canvassing and phone bank shifts. Collaborated with community leaders and organizations.

Assigned to serve Adams, Brown, Highland, Pickaway, Pike and Ross Counties on behalf of the Ohio Secretary of State (SOS). Responsible for providing support to the County Board of Elections within the assigned counties regarding policy, legal matters and to ensure compliance with the Statewide Voter Database System. Attend County Board of Elections meetings and ensure compliance with Ohio Sunshine Laws. Perform ADA spot checks and work with County Board of Elections to ensure ADA compliance at voter polling locations.
