• Responding to trouble tickets and network failure call-outs.• Software upgrading and documentation• Installation, calibration and commissioning of ELV systems like the motion sensors, smoke detectors, temperature sensors, genset fuel monitoring system• Currying out network changes including hardware and software upgrading.• Contractors and sub-contractors supervision to ensure quality services delivery.• Network upgrade and integration of 2G, 3G, NodeB, LTE and WCDMA with Nokia Siemens radio system including configuration and commissioning GSM antenna sweep/ power optimization. • Routine preventive maintenance and radio alarms response (ELV).• DCN, SNCP, SNMP and LAN, IP networks all to ensure proper NE communication with each other all through to the BSC and MSC• Responsible for the regional BSC, including new installations and maintenance for the new sites roll-out for network expansion, upgrade or downgrade and integration.• Regional spares management for mobile telecom and power equipment. • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly performance and fault reports.
