My name is Jonathan Baughen I am a Computer Science graduate specializing in programming.Currently using API's to interface between call centre software and IM systems, using Node to create web based solutions, Java to communicate with call centre management systems. Been heavily involved in Cisco systems and using all their new technology to create custom solutions to meet customer needs. It takes a lot of imagination to see how they can be used and benefit our customers. Things are moving very fast which means lots of learning and makes things very exciting.The previous 7 years working in my company I have managed, setup, coded and analysed data management systems on a SQL, Access, SPF and SharePoint platforms using C#, JavaScript, Java, SQL and Visual Basic programming languages as part of a team and individually. The analytical and problem solving skills gained from this experience have been put to use creating BPMN Business Processes using BPMN knowledge gained from studying in my own time and from people at work. I know how to manage and map process flows and data, to turn it into clear and concise information which is true to its source data.
