I would go door to door and sell Spectrums service to customers on my list and explain our product to them.

I helped stock frozen, dairy, and grocery. I also helped with the register as needed. If a customer would want a carry they would call for me and I would help the customer. I would rather carts if we needed them. I helped unload the main truck as well as the milk truck. I assisted any customers that ask or look like they need help. I greeted every customer that passed me. I would assist other associates that needed help as well as outside vendors needing help.

I checked for safety hazards and informed other associates of new safety protocols. I stopped shoplifters once I was certified. Within the first month, I was certified I stopped 6 shoplifters when I only worked weekends. The store managers were extremely proud of what I was able to do while I was in the position.

I started as a cashier and then got moved to the sales floor. I have always been as helpful as I possibly can with everyone I meet. I would allow factory personnel into the facility. I would make sure that outside companies that were trying to get in were supposed to be there. I checked trucks that were delivering the product to our facility were supposed to be there and that they were carrying what they were supposed to. I patrolled the interior and exterior of the building to make sure there were no security breaches or safety hazards. If I found a safety hazard that wasn't already checked into I would call it in and make sure it was on the record. I would type incident reports of the safety hazards or anything that happened that should not have.
