• Reporting to the Engineering (Project/Construction) Manager for preparation of Lifting & Rigging Plans, lifting and installation of all equipment, machineries, pipes, valves, motors and others to comply with project and HSEQ requirements.• Draft using CAD system and produce clear & technically accurate engineering drawings being required by the project within the Service Level Agreements of the department & deadline identified by the requesting Manager & Engineers.• Studies the drawings and other pertinent documents to perform crane layouts for proposal pricing, resource and estimates needed for lifting and rigging equipment to align with Project requirements.• Prepares Detail Lifting Plan, crane lifting capabilities and rigging drawings in Autocad drawings including engineering design calculations like sling tension calculations and get it endorsed by client (able to do the selection of crane, Lifting Gears and belts or slings with all calculations) under the supervision of senior team members.• Assist Engineering Manager in various tasks involved in the project.• Participates in project meeting with Project team members and stakeholders as required to understand changes to the project requirements and to report on the status and progress of lifting tasks and material handling equipments• Coordinates with HSE department, subcontractors, statutory and classification authorities to test rigging, ensuring the safety and reliability of lifting equipments and gears (i.e. slings, shackles, chokers and winches)• Communicate directly with the client regarding problems encountered before and during work execution.• Maintain of drawings within the relevant folders & for ensuring all drawings have the correct revision status• Coordinate to the client regarding approved drawings for construction.• Assist in Preparation of Method statement and risk assessment of the job. Review all the documents for further approval of client.

• Handles the overall construction management (covers conceptual development, scheduling, implementation and commissioning) by directing and coordinating all construction activities to ensure the implementation of all CAPEX projects within targets (quality, cost and time) to fulfill service obligations.• Communicates and executes management policies in managing contractors• Validates the subcontractors’ studies, schedules and deliverables, and evaluates their performance which should all be in compliance with quality, design, engineering and customer service standards• Prepares specifications such as blueprints and data to determine construction requirements• Provides inputs to tender documents being prepared by Procurement, Logistics and Contracts under Finance• Manages allocated resources to meet targets (quality, cost, time) in the execution of construction projects• Communicates with and manages project expectations of team members and stakeholders including Local Government Units (LGUs)• Reports project status and disbursement schedules of projects on a regular basis• Facilitates the proper monitoring and disbursement of all construction projects including the regular and thorough review of Project Work Plans• Facilitates or provides inputs to policies/ guidelines relative to the implementation and commissioning of capital works• Complies with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures in the conduct of activities

• Report directly to the Corporate Safety Manager and assist in planning, development & carrying out comprehensive safety and occupational health program and policies for the management, supervisors & individual workers through training sessions, safety campaigns and safety orientation.• Develop educational materials and presentations to promote safety awareness• Responsible for the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control of safety and health hazards at the company• Works and support with Project Management and Technical Service department to minimize occupational health and safety risks and manage compliance with applicable regulations as well as requirements of accrediting bodies • Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks and improvement opportunities through the conduct of safety audits.• Carry out regular 5S and safety audit (walkthroughs) and request necessary corrective and preventive controls• Assist in implementation of corrective actions from internal assessments, audits, inspections, investigations & observations are recorded and tracked through completion.• Maintain required paperwork to comply with OSH standards.• Perform Safety Observations & Audits such as Annual Compliance Site Safety Audit for Contractor's Temfacil / Barracks and Compliance Audit for outside Facilities• Train and assist others (Area Managers, Safety Team Members, etc) to complete their Safety responsibilities (Audits, Follow Safety Rules, etc).• Perform specific Safety Training to contractors as required by the Safety Manager.• Participates in the initial Project Execution Plan (PreCom, Kick-off) development at the conceptual for new projects.• Manages the deployment of all EHS Personnel on the work site through transfer or hiring.• Facilitates the EHS Orientation of new and transferring EHS employees on Company requirements.• Review and check EHS monthly reports to be submitted to DOLE.

• Report directly to planning & design manager & take job orders from proponents/TM• Provide design services for pipelaying and civil work requirements of company that applies discipline related engineering principles such as technical standards, engineering, specifications & documentation.• Prepare basic and detailed engineering of assigned project by Manager and/or Top Management using Autocad software• Prepares pipelaying sketches & layout plan, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM) etc. & issuance to concern department &clients as the need arises• Conduct walk-the-line (WTL) for proposed pipelaying & civil work projects; preliminary site inspection i.e identifying the possible obstruction during WTL• Aligns plans with client’s objective and cost limitation• Estimates and justifies project cost• Creates revisions on existing dwgs & modifies plans for possible changes due to unforeseen conditions• Assist purchasing personnel in sourcing of material & updating unit cost as required• Perform periodic visit to project sites to ensure that work is in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications• Coordinates the design documents for management, clients and the contractor/s• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned

● Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in planning and monitoring the execution of the project.● Supervises all personnel in their assigned areas; duties include planning, scheduling, organizing and directing work as per client and job standard.● Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.● Assist in checking quality of materials delivered on site and make necessary reports.● Inspect all on-going construction works in accordance with the plans and specifications.● Monitors and checks the work activities of the subcontractor, its quality and if its within the schedule.● Make daily progress report of activities monitoring job schedule, quality and safety of work and report to the Construction manager.● Coordinate with the clients regarding concerns with schedule, quality and safety as well as recommend actions for rectification, solutions and improvements with the concerns.● Prepare necessary documents for final acceptance and turn-over of the project.● Assist in office administration and documentation

● Work under close supervision of group Supervisor.● Prepares Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Take off (MTO)● Prepares Welding Schedule Sheets (WSS), Specification Sheets (SPS), Document Transmittal Sheets (DTS), Material Withdrawal Table (MWT)● Review and check all shop drawings based on clients requirements● Assist group Supervisor in receiving job orders, drawings and pertinent documents from Section Manager.● Confers to the checker for proper implementation and accomplishment of all drawings and detailing works.● Assign and guide CAD Operators and Engineers at all level of preparations in Design Calculation and Selection of all equipment to be used● Coordinate & attend meeting w/ the clients regarding work scope & progress● Guide and give instructions, schemes to Engineers at all level in the proper approach as a SOP for Design Calculation, Estimates of erection/fabrication drawings and other detailing works.● Assist Supervisor in the proper implementation and schedule of Design detailing works● Inform Supervisor and the checker on the additional and lacking information, and discrepancies that may be found on drawings/documents and prepare the queries.● Undergoing shop inspection of tube bundles, transportation frames, block assemblies, and piping system in BHPI shops.
