While deployed the Plans, Programs, and Operations - Kuwait team coordinated and facilitated the movement of over 10,000 intra-Kuwait ground movements utilizing both contracted and military transportation assets in order to provide theatre support operations and on time logistics for military units and contractors within Kuwait. - While deployed, lead a team that coordinated over 8,000 missions responsible for supporting the deployment/redeployment of 33 major unit movements and over 35,000 pieces of cargo without incident.

Additionally responsible for processing out of country air packets used to coordinate international travel throughout the Arabian peninsula; and acting as a liaison for the Kuwait Ministry of Interior to coordinate police escorts for cargo and personnel movement throughout Kuwait. While deployed the Highway Traffic Division, Air, and Bus team facilitated the movement of over 160,000 Soldiers via ground transportation, over 150 personnel via air travel, and successfully coordinated over 2,000 police escorts for personnel and cargo movement.
