Worked for an authorized NEC installer in the telecommunications field configuring small office NEC phone switches. Proficient with project management evolving complex coordination for large construction projects. As a network engineer I have deep understanding and extensive work experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining large network infrastructure hardware with edge routers, Core switches, over 1000 layer 2 and 3 switches, DHCP/DNS, load balancers, firewalls, over 3000 wireless access points, card access, AV, VOIP, UPSs, building automation, and IP cameras. Experience with Dell switches, Aruba, Linux, Cisco ACI, Cisco switching and routing, HP switches, F5 Load Balancer, Black Board, Palo Alto, Mitel, APC, POS systems, and Juniper technologies. Seasoned use of wireshark, Solarwinds, ServiceNow, Jira, Blue Cat DDI, Palo Alto Panorama, Aruba Central, and UKG Workforce Ready administration. Deep understanding of OSPF, BGP, IP subnetting, and many other networking protocols. Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud architecture. I am in my junior year pursuing a BS in Information Technology-Enterprise systems and cloud concentration at Tulane School of Professional Advancement. Target graduation 2025.
